A Little Harmony™ was created with strategies to use directly with children by first equipping and supporting the adults who care for them.
At the center of this framework is the belief that children deserve help before stress overwhelms them—support that teaches them how to recognize what’s happening in their bodies, make sense of their experiences, and build resilience over time. This work is especially vital for children navigating poverty, adoption, foster care, divorce, trauma, and other attachment disruptions, where stress and confusion can easily take root without support.
Children do not just need adults to manage behavior. They need adults who can help shape their integrated 'whole body' intelligence.
Something is happening with our kids. Stress, disconnection, and anxiety are showing up earlier and staying longer. Kids need grounded adults — and grounded adults need the right tools. A Little Harmony™ gives you both, so you can make the impact you were made for.
